Note: If you requested additional nights after the conference, an alternative hotel option was shared, as The Line is at full capacity for those dates.

Hotel check-in begins at 4 pm. The hotel cannot guarantee check-in before 4 pm. Early check-in is based on availability and arrival time. If needed, you can leave your luggage at the bell stand while you explore the hotel and surrounding areas.

When you check in you will be asked to provide a credit card to cover the cost of your hotel and any incidentals. You will need to expense these to your cost center after the event.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

All your meals will be provided starting with the Welcome Reception on Monday evening. Breakfast will also be served on Thursday at 7:00 am. Do not expense additional meals during the event.

TRANSPORTATION

There is no organized ground transportation from the airport to the hotel.

When you arrive in Austin, take an Uber/Lyft/rideshare or taxi to the Line Hotel or carpool with a co-worker when possible. Do not rent a car.

ON-SITE MEETING REGISTRATION & MATERIALS PICKUP

You may pick up name badges and meeting materials on the 2nd floor of the hotel on Monday, Jan. 13th between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm at the foyer function space. If you cannot stop by our registration table, you can pick up materials the following day starting at 7:30 am

KAHOOT

We will be using the Kahoot application for games and quizzes during the event. Please download and install the Kahoot App prior to the event.

MEETING LOCATION

General sessions: Topaz 2 & 3 Ballroom on the 2nd floor.

Breakout sessions: Topaz 1, 2 and 3, Garnet, Travertine and Opal on the 2nd floor

Breakfast and Lunches: will be hosted at P6 located on the rooftop 

Welcome Reception: will be held at the Arlo Grey restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel

The Awards Dinner: will take place in the Topaz Ballroom.

Team Meeting: Room as assigned in the Registration app

All meeting space is accessible by both elevators and stairs. The hotel will be at full capacity during our stay, so consider this as you plan your elevator “commute” times.

OFFSITE ENTERTAINMENT

Offsite Dinner.

We will meet at the hotel lobby at 6:45 and walk to the surprise venue

ATTIRE

Attire for the event is Smart Casual, jeans are OK, however no holes, rips, or distressing.

Plan to dress to impress for the Awards Dinner, suits or jackets, cocktail dresses, or
fancy pants – just dress yourself up for “a night out!”.

For the off-property evening at a surprise venue plan on casual attire: jeans, boots/comfortable shoes.

The temperature in the meeting space can vary so wearing layers is encouraged.
There will be activities both indoors and outdoors, so plan attire accordingly.

Expect temperatures in mid 50’s during the day and mid 40’s at night.

EXPENSES

After the event, submit an expense report with your airfare, transportation and any additional expenses not covered at the event to your cost center. You can find a copy of the expense policy in SAP.
