REGISTRATION PROCESS

- Click on REGISTER
- FINALIZE the registration by clicking the link on the confirmation email
- A few days before the event, you will receive your LOGIN details to the NA RKO 2025 dedicated website
DATES
Please arrange your personal affairs to arrive on Monday January 13th and depart on Thursday January 16th 2025
AGENDA
FLIGHT INFORMATION
The RKO planning agency will not be booking your flights. Therefore, you are responsible for booking your flights through Concur with arrival on Monday January 13th and depart on Thursday January 16th.
Flight ticket information is required for registration. If you do not have it now, please book your flights and return here to complete your registration.
TRANSPORTATION
You are responsible for getting yourself to and from the airport. Plan on the use of Uber, Lyft or a taxi and carpool with your co-workers if possible. You should not rent a car.
LODGING
The event will take place at the Line Hotel in Austin and a room will be booked for you following registration. Please do not book directly with the hotel or through Concur. You are required to stay at this hotel for the dates of the event. If you choose to extend your trip, you can book additional nights at the rate of $219 + taxes and fees at your own expense. (upon availability )
GUEST POLICY
As in years past, you are welcome to bring a guest at your expense. You will be responsible for any additional costs incurred by your guest, this includes but is not limited to flights, transportation, and meals. As this is an Axway event you are required be present for all meetings, receptions, ceremonies, and planned meals. Guests may not attend any of the Axway sponsored events or meals.
EXPENSE POLICY
After the event, you will need to submit an expense report with your airfare and hotel cost (only for the nights of the event), transportation and any additional expenses not covered at the event.
DRESS CODE
Dress code for the entire event is smart casual (jeans with a dress shirt is fine). Please plan to look your best for the awards dinner (no jeans).
